Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs chicken 3-5 lb whole chicken
  • 1 Tbs light olive oil

Rub mixture:

  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Clean and dry chicken by patting with paper towels
  • Rub whole chicken with olive oil
  • Combine all spices and salt to create a dry rub
  • Sprinkle dry rub mix on chicken
  • Spray Air Fryer basket with a cooking spray and place the chicken into the basket with the legs facing down
  • Roast chicken for 30 minutes on 335 degrees
  • Flip chicken
  • Roast for 20 more minutes
  • Chicken should be golden in color and ready to eat
  • This recipe gives you a flavorful crispy, yet moist on the inside quick and easy meal with basically the minimum amount of prep time !
