Ingredients

  • 5 Tsp Banana extract
  • 2 Tbs Tahini
  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 Tbs Agar Agar { substitutes corn starch }
  • 2 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbs Swerve
  • 1 Pinch salt




Instructions

  • Blend 2 3/4 cups water in a blender with 2 Tbs Tahini
  • Place in a pot
  • Add banana extract and pinch of salt
  • Stir well on medium-low heat
  • Add Agar Agar and stir
  • Add vanilla, swerve and lemon zest and keep stirring
  • Bring heat up to a medium flame and allow to come to a boil , stirring constantly
  • Cook for a few minutes
  • Remove from heat and pour into individual custard ramekins and then cool in refrigerator for a couple hours
  • Serve garnished with choice berries and a leaf of mint
