  • 1/2 cup wheat free tamari
  • 1/2 cup Kentucky Bourbon plus another 1/2 cup for you if you’re having a bad day
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp black pepper


  • Add all ingredients to a large pan
  • Marinate the meat for 4 – 6 hours turning hourly
  • Grill 8 minutes per side for medium.
  • Cook to your family’s level of “doneness.”
