  • 3 Pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 yellow onion chopped into small cubes
  • 1 Cup tomato puree no sugar added
  • 1/2 Cup red onion chopped
  • 5 Cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Avocados chopped into very small cubes
  • 1 Bunch fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 Limes each cut into 1/8 wedges
  • 1 Cucumber cut into small squares
  • 1 head romaine lettuce or butter or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Tsp swerve granular sweetener

Beef Seasoning :

  • 1 1/2 Tbs chili powder
  • 1 Tbs Pink Himalayan salt
  • 3/4 Tbs Cumin
  • 1/2 Tbs Oregeno
  • 1 Tsp onion powder
  • 1 Tsp paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tsp cayenne pepper


  • Heat a deep pan over medium heat
  • Brown the beef, yellow onion and garlic until the beef is cooked through about 5-7 minutes
  • Place all beef seasoning mixture into a small bowl, mix well and add to meat
  • Add the Tomato puree and swerve and combine well
  • Place in a bowl and set aside
  • On a serving tray place lettuce around and spoon the cooked beef inside
  • Sprinkle on the chopped cilantro, cubed avocado, cucumber and red onion
  • Place lime wedges nearby in a small dish
  • At the time of serving squeeze lime on top generously
