  • Place chicken, chicken bones, water and salt in a large pot and bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to low and allow to cook for 45 minutes covered
  • Remove bones and chicken from the soup (use chicken to prepare a different recipe)
  • The bones of the chicken add electrolytes to the broth
  • Sprinkle Xanthan Gum into soup and stir well
  • Beat eggs in a bowl with a small amount of the chicken broth
  • Bring soup to medium heat and add egg mixture slowly to hot soup, constantly stirring for a minute
  • Cook for 10 minutes
  • Serve hot
