Ingredients

  • 2 Large onions diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 chicken cut up in 1/8s
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Smokey paprika
  • 1/2 lemon Juice only
  • 1 to mato
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken stock or water




Instructions

  • Add olive oil to your Instant pot.
  • Add onion and garlic and turn to Saute

Preparing Your Dinner

  • Stir frequently for 3 minutes
  • Add all other ingredients and stir.
  • Lock your instant pot and set it to automatic cook mode.
