- 4 chicken thighs skinless boneless, in pieces
- 4 Italian sausage sliced no sugar
- 2 onions diced
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 red pepper diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp smokey paprika
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Pinot Grigiot or chicken broth
- 15 oz crushed tomatoes
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 package frozen okra
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Turn on high for 30 minutes
- Turn to medium or low and cook for an additional 3.5-6 hours.
- Discard bay leaves before serving.
