  • 2 lbs chopped beef not lean
  • 8 oz tomato sauce no sugar added
  • 1 tsp basil fresh
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 Tbsp garlic crushed cloves


  • Pour tomato sauce in pot.
  • Turn sauce on low heat.
  • Add spices to meat and mix together.
  • Using wet hands, shape meat into 1 inch balls.
  • Drop meatballs in sauce.
  • Raise temperature until it boils, then turn down and simmer for 20 minutes.
