  • 4 Cups Fox Hill Kitchens Croutons or Buns Cut up
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil or chicken fat
  • 1/2 Cup onion finely diced
  • 3/4 Cup diced celery
  • 1 Cup Portabella mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 Eggs beaten well
  • 1/8 Tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Stuffing for 5-6 pound turkey duck or chicken


  • Using the croutons or buns cut up from: Fox Hill Kitchens
  • Soak in hot water until soft and squeeze out water
  • Heat oil or fat in skillet
  • Add celery, onion and mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes on a low-medium heat
  • Pour over softened bread and mix
  • Add eggs, and seasonings to bread mixture
  • Stuff poultry
  • If any leftover place in a greased oven proof dish and bake in oven at the same time basting with the drippings
