Although with these keto bread rolls recipe my rolls actually are more like 6 large muffins or 12 small muffins depending on the size of the actual servings. These keto bread rolls rise so fill the tin only half way. You can also make these keto bread rolls easily in a loaf pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole tahini butter from ground sesame, this butter has zero net carbs, yay!
  • 5 large eggs from free range hens
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar eg Braggs
  • 2 teaspoons swerve
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt




Instructions

  • Step One: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees ready to bake the crusty keto bread rolls.
  • In your food processor pulse together the tahini butter and the free range eggs until very smoothly combined.
  • Add in apple cider vinegar and swerve to the crusty keto rolls mix.
  • Now add the baking soda and salt also.
  • Gently move the keto bread roll batter to a pan greased with coconut oil or avocado oil
  • Bake in your oven at 350° for 35 – 45 minutes depending on your type oven.
  • You should have tasty, crusty keto bread rolls all ready to serve on a warm plate.
  • Break apart a roll and tuck in.

Well they are in the oven but there is no way they will amount to anything. Unfortunately we don’t have think butter so I substituted real butter. Is that definitely won’t work, you should make a note in your recipe.

Which picture is actually the recipe? The two pics on the recipe and the thumbnail on Pinterest look like three different rolls. No kind of low carb nut flour needed at all?
