Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar free ketchup or my barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbs lakanto sweetener
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil of coconut oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • Brown onion in coconut oil.
  • 2 pounds ground beef Add
  • 1 tbs ground white horseradish no sugar no soy
  • 2 tbs kosher salt
  • 1/4 tspn freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tspn dry mustard
  • 1 fox hill buns




Instructions

  • Make sure to choose a meat with a good fat content. If you use a lean ground beef, it will come out dry.
  • Mix together ingredients and set aside.
  • Add the following and stir.
  • Add the sauce and stir well.
  • Simmer until done.
  • Serve over Fox Hill Buns.
