  • 15 Oz Fresh Spinach
  • 5 Oz Feta cheese
  • 6 Oz Fresh Strawberries cut very small
  • 4 Oz Walnuts Toasted and chopped



  • Wash Spinach thoroughly and dry in a salad spinner
  • Place in a bowl
  • Cut strawberries into very small pieces and spread over spinach
  • Toast Walnuts and chop very small and drop over spinach and strawberries
  • End off with either cutting feta into small cubes or crumbling feta cheese all around
  • Combine all spices for salad and mix well in a jar and pour over each individual salad as you plate the salad
