Devouring delicious ice cream while following a keto lifestyle is not something we can do everyday. Yet when we do decide to treat ourselves why stick to dull old vanilla and chocolate? The truth is that ice cream makers have evolved into very creative recipe makers in recent times. This keto trick or treat pumpkin ice cream recipe is no exception either as you will soon see.

The reality is that with Halloween becoming more and more popular each passing year the race is on to design increasingly tasty and original treat and dessert recipes. Often Halloween parties are in full swing during late Autumn and Fall. One thing that can easily make or break a great party is having awesome snacks and desserts to hand out to trick or treaters and guests. All with a traditionally spooky and haunting feel such as my keto pumpkin cheesecake bars for example.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup xylitol or swerve
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon




Instructions

  • Step One: Gently Mix The Ingredients
  • Now softly just mix all above ingredients together.
  • Makes about 1 quart
  • Step Two: Ice Cream Maker
  • Push the on button.
  • Take a rest for a while
  • When bell rings grab a spoon.
  • A half cup is a serving.
  • You should get at least 10 servings out of this formula.

Notes

The ice cream maker that I recommend you use is a Breville, its is not the cheapest but it does an incredible job and I use it at home. Over the years it will more than pay for itself.
Alternatively try this range of other ice cream making appliances instead.
