  • 1 Large onions
  • 6 6 oz pieces of salmon wild is preferred
  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 lemon cut into slices
  • 2 cups Pinot Grigio Wine
  • Water to cover Salmon
  • Sprig of parsley to garnish


  • Place salmon in baking tray.
  • Add wine and spices
  • Add water to cover
  • Add sliced lemon.
  • Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
  • Alternatively add all ingredients to a covered saute pan and lightly boil for 12-15 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley
