Course Sauces and Rubs

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1.5 Tbs wheat free tamari sauce
- 2 Tbs water
- 1 Tbs Lakanto syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger I like ginger so I use 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Add all of the Worcester sauce ingredients to a sauce pan.
Stir the mix constantly over heat until it comes to a boil.
If it’s too thick add water a tablespoon at a time to thin it out.
Let the sauce cool.
The keto Worcester sauce is ready to serve.
