  • 24 Oz chicken four 6 oz white or dark chicken
  • 3 Tbs Olive oil or butter
  • Poultry Seasoning
  • Tenderizer


  • 1 head lettuce or a bag of spring greens
  • 2 Ripe avocados cut in halves and sliced thin
  • 1 Long English cucumber sliced thin
  • 1 Whole red onion chopped into small cubes
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in halves



  • Using a tenderizer, hammer each piece of chicken in between two sheets of parchment paper
  • Dip each piece of chicken into poultry seasoning on both sides evenly
  • Heat up skillet on medium-high heat and add olive oil or butter
  • Place hammered chicken in skillet and sear on each side for 3-5 minutes
  • Remove and set aside
  • Mix salad dressing in a jar or small bowl
  • Plate salad and then place tenderized & blackened chicken on top and pour dressing over
  • Enjoy!
