Ingredients

  • 24 Oz Cauliflower rice well drained is best for this rice dish
  • 1/2 Cup Virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Ground cardamom a native Indian spice
  • 2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 Onion finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a pan or skillet begin cooking the onion with olive oil until browned on medium or a low heat.
  • Add in the drained cauliflower rice and all the spices.
  • Stir until combined for 2-5 minutes on low heat.
  • Serve up warm either as a side dish or with your main meal.
