Sara Louise's Keto Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
Cauliflower rice is like a potato and regular rice alternative all rolled into one yummy side dish
- 24 Oz Cauliflower rice well drained is best for this rice dish
- 1/2 Cup Virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 Tsp Ground cardamom a native Indian spice
- 2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion finely chopped
In a pan or skillet begin cooking the onion with olive oil until browned on medium or a low heat.
Add in the drained cauliflower rice and all the spices.
Stir until combined for 2-5 minutes on low heat.
Serve up warm either as a side dish or with your main meal.
