  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs cut in halves
  • 3 Tbs Primal Kitchen mayonnaise
  • 3/4 Tsp Deli mustard
  • Pitted black olives

  • Boil eggs and run under cold water for two minutes
  • Peel and rinse eggs off
  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks
  • Using a fork press down on the egg yolks to mash down

  • Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and press down to remove any big clumps
  • Cut whole olives in halves
