Sara Louise's Creamy Keto Turkey Soup
Delicious and warming turkey keto soup just in time for the winter holidays.

- 6 Cups turkey chopped and properly cooked
- 2 Cups celery neatly diced
- 4 Cups cauliflower finely diced
- 2 Cups mushrooms freshly diced
- 2 Onions neatly diced
- 2 Tsp fresh basil finely chopped
- 1 Tsp Rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, well ground
- 4 Tsp coconut oil or butter
- 6 Cups chicken broth
- 2 Cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 1/2 Tsp a pinch of sea salt
- 1 Tsp ground black pepper
Using a cooking pot or bowl that is large enough for a large soup or broth, saute all vegetables in the basil, garlic, rosemary in oil or butter until the mixture appears lightly golden in color.
Now add the chopped turkey meat and the chicken broth to the pot.
Allow the creamy turkey soup to simmer on your stove for 18-20 minutes.
Turn down the heat to low and add the unsweetened almond milk, sea salt and ground pepper.
Let the turkey soup simmer on the stove for another 25-30 minutes or so.
Remove from the stove and serve the delicious turkey soup garnished with finely chopped basil, dill or parsley.
