So many people neglect their greens, even when pursuing a healthy ketogenic diet. This broccoli casserole though is truly a dish not to miss out on.

Ingredients

  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and get out an oven proof dish.
  • Chop the broccoli into bite sized floret sized pieces.
  • Place into the oven proof dish.
  • Gently pour over the cream and sour cream in an even covering.
  • Stir the greens until the broccoli is well coated in the creams.
  • Mix through a third of the cheese sauce until well combined with the broccoli.
  • Top with the remaining parmesan cheese, or your cheese of choice.
  • Place into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp and golden depending on whether your oven is fan assisted or not.
