Sara Louise's Keto Hamburger and Fries
When you are on keto you can still tuck into hamburger and fries, just watch the recipe ingredients and enjoy everything in moderation.
For the fries rub all ingredients onto each of the sticks
Place in your Air fryer for 20 minutes

Preparing the Hamburger Meat
Tenderize the meat and infuse any light spices such as pepper or extra salt.
Grill to the desired level on your indoor or outdoor grill.
Serve up with your fries and sauces, ready to eat, so yum!
Hamburger meat should be a regular ground beef. Do not use lean beef for this keto hamburger recipe as it will be very dry.
Using an indoor counter top grill or outdoor grill is the best way to cook the burger meat. You can adapt some variations for what you put in your burger, which can can be made beforehand.
These ideas include browning some yummy onions in a skillet with some Pink Himalayan Salt and pepper beforehand and leaving them on the side for when you are ready to serve up your hamburger and fries.
To make my keto hamburgers I use Hamburger buns from Foxhill Kitchens. These are buns which are Keto approved and they will be delivered to your door. For ketchup from Walden Farms or you can use my own homemade ketchup recipe. The mayo is from Primal Avocado Mayo. I prepare Jicama fries which you can prepare in your air fryer, this will cook the fries just right.
