Choosing Your Type Fish for The Keto Stew
Also try using mahi, grouper or ocean perch, or whichever is available at your local fish market work equally well for this keto fish stew recipe. Bear in mind these fish are fairly thick and textured. As such are much less likely to fall apart when preparing than flounder or sole.
