Sara Louise's Keto Garlic Chive Butter

  • 8 tablespoons of grass-fed butter softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped chives
  • 2 cloves of finely minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • If unsalted – add a pinch of Himalayan salt


  • Put all ingredients in Food processor and pulse.
  • Store in the fridge.
