Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 Tbs wheat free tamari sauce
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 1 Tbs Lakanto syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger I like ginger so I use 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the Worcester sauce ingredients to a sauce pan.
  • Stir the mix constantly over heat until it comes to a boil.
  • If it’s too thick add water a tablespoon at a time to thin it out.
  • Let the sauce cool.
  • The keto Worcester sauce is ready to serve.
